Any artist, musician, writer, performer, or creative professional facing financial hardship may apply. Requests from all backgrounds, disciplines, and countries are considered case by case.

Support can include financial aid, supplies, equipment, mentorship, workshops, innovation grants, exhibition opportunities, and community connections.

Most applications are reviewed within 5–10 business days. Urgent requests may be prioritized where possible.

KAGU states that 90% of donations support creatives through programs, while 10% covers operations, administration, and event organization.
